With the exception of American Express, US credit card payments will be taken at the Sterling subscription rate.
For subscribers in the EU WITHOUT A VAT identification number, UK VAT will be

A decision has been taken to phase out the print only subscription option for new subscribers from 2007. Print only subscribers in 2006 will be able to renew as print only for 2007. This is at a price rise that reflects only an inflationary increase (5%) over 2006 print only prices as shown on the price schedule above. Online and print plus online subscribers for 2006 will not have the option of moving to a print only subscription.
Print only for tiers 1 and 2 has been removed as an option as print plus online is better value than the standard print only price.
Additional print copies
Additonal print copies can be purchased by subscribing institutions to upgrade online only subscriptions to online plus print or to add a second or subsequent print copy to current combined subscriptions. Additional print copies cannot be supplied to non-subscribers.

Online Subscriptions
* Aditional print copies of Disease Models & Mechanisms can only be purchased by subscribers already holding print or print+online combined subscriptions.
An online subscription permits unlimited simultaneous internet access by authorised users (the employees, faculty, staff and students officially associated with the subscriber, and authorised patrons of the subscriber's library facilities that are administered from the subscriber's site or campus) through the use of the institution's IP address. We would ask that you restrict your list of IP addresses to those computers that are used by persons or departments served by your library. We normally grant one class 'B' network or 4 class 'C' IP addresses per subscription for tiers 1,2,3 or 4. If you have a complicated set of IP addresses and it is not apparent which online options are appropriate, or if you need to change your subscription information, including IP addresses, please contact our Subscriptions Department by telephone +44 (0)1223 426164 or email sales{at}biologists.com. Authenticated and authorised users may access from other locations (eg through dial-in).
